Comments on the page

In the proposed change of a page, users can add comments.

  • In this way, the person responsible for the page can be provided with information directly at the process without having to formulate this information in the process.
  • The person responsible for the page automatically receives a notification about comments on their pages; other users can be added manually for notification.
  • The comments should be processed as regards content in the process or removed before release.
  • These comments can be deleted when they are released. (see second figure) 

Comments in the 

In the proposed change of a page, users can add remarks for document steering.

  • Thus, remarks can be sent to the page owner, key users and, if necessary, the QMGroup.
  • These remarks are related to the release of the new content.
  • The remarks are listed in the history of the page in the corresponding processing step.
