With our guided tours (called Q.wikinger), you train employees quickly and easily in the most important Q.wiki functions. Q.wikinger guides every user interactively through the system and explains all steps for daily work with Q.wiki. You'll find it in the bottom left corner of any page.
Support training sessions actively
Are you responsible for Q.wiki training in your department as a Key User? We recommend that you actively support the guided tours. There are several advantages:
- You create a positive first impression of Q.wiki
- You can answer questions directly – including those about processes beyond Q.wiki itself
- You provide more confidence for new users
Run through the interactive tours yourself first. This helps you decide whether direct support, on-site training, or a combination makes sense.
Q.wiki Enterprise: Set up a training system
Are you running Q.wiki on your own servers (Q.wiki Enterprise)? Then Q.wikinger is unfortunately not available in your own system. However, we offer you a free and individually customizable training system.
Request a training system
- Request a free training system using the form to request a free training system.
- You'll receive the URL and login credentials for TrainingCoach by email.
- Change the password immediately after your first login.
- Create training users for each training participant:
- Up to 50 users: Create users manually via user management in the Key User tools – see Create new users / send invitations.
- More than 50 users: Choose one of the following options:
- Connect your central user management (Azure AD) – see Details on Microsoft Azure AD integration (external)
- Bulk registration (paid) with support from our team
Benefits of the training system
- The system is permanently available and accessible from anywhere – resetting is not necessary.
- Custom adjustments are possible.
- New features are available after each release. This lets users test new functionality before your own Enterprise system is updated.
- The system is designed to minimize test content. Training users are asked to delete content they don't need. You can also use TrainingCoach to remove test content directly.
