Q.wiki features a function for reviewing the currency of wiki pages. This function is activated by default for all process modules and prompts you as a page owner to perform reviews at configurable intervals.
Overview: Currency Review as of Q.wiki 6.8
With the new menu bar, you will find module-specific tools directly in the context of your desired module. Currency review can be configured per module or deactivated entirely.
Configuration
Open the dashboard
You will find the currency review configuration in the settings icon of your module. Click it to open the dashboard:
Permissions and settings
The dashboard provides an overview of pages due for review per module. Key Users and members of the ResubmissionGroup have the ability to disable reviews per module and change the interval:
Recommended intervals
We recommend the following intervals for your configuration:
| Page Status | Recommended Interval |
|---|---|
| Drafts | 1 month |
| Change proposals | 1 month |
| Released versions | 1 year |
Usage and notifications
Notifications when intervals are exceeded
If a wiki page remains in its status beyond the configured interval, you will receive a notification as the page owner. For released versions, you can perform the review directly on the page:
Perform a review
Confirming the currency update changes the release date of the page to the current date and creates a new revision in the released version.
